project kick off to close out. In charge of all shop and field scheduling, and sequencing of the building. Procured all major job buyouts, including: structural steel, steel joist, and metal deck, miscellaneous steel and steel erection. Also the pricing and tracking of change orders which impacted the budget and/or the job schedule. Set up the job billings, AIA Documents, purchase orders, monthly billings, and review of the project contract prior to execution. All work was performed in the metro NYC and Philadelphia area.
1991-1994 Tarrant USA – Newark, New Jersey
Contracts Administrator/Project Manager. Chief estimator of structural and miscellaneous steel bids. Administered to the entire contract, handled all specialty buyouts, and awarded all subcontracts to various vendors and subcontractors. Processed billings and change orders. Scheduled shop and field operations on a day to day basis.

Project Coordinator. Responsible for the day-to-day office operations including the processing and tracking of shop drawings. Set up all billings, subcontracting of detailing, procured specialty buyouts for the project, and the administration of the contract until close out.
